We Guarantee Your Satisfaction. The best just got better!  Alhough it is very rare, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. We stand behind our products 100%. 

We guarantee the quality of everything we sell. If you receive a product and do not feel it matches our description of it, return the unused portion for a 100% refund or exchange.  Note: Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 

All returns must be authorized by Global Prosperity Solutions in writing prior to returning the item(s) for a refund or exchange. Customer Service will make available to you a "Return Merchandise Authorization Number" or "RMA" number. This number is to be displayed on the outside shipping carton. 

Return the unused portion of your item(s) within 14-days from date of purchase.  We need you to return the unused product as it is. You are responsible to cover any shipping costs incurred to ship the item(s) back to our facility. We only ask that you include a short note telling us why you weren't completely satisfied. It is mandatory to include the purchase order number as this is equivalent to your sales receipt.

Please do not ship products without an RMA number. You will be asked to return product(s) to the following address:

You will be notified by customer service of any change to the address above.

Once a return is received, Global Prosperity Solutions will do one of the following:

 

(1) Credit the customer account for the total purchase price of the product (less shipping and handling charges).

 

(2) Upon written request, replace the product without charge.

 

(3) Upon written request, refund the total purchase price of the product (less shipping and handling charges).

 

Refunds, when requested, will be issued to the original Method of Payment used to purchase the product unless that Method of Payment is unavailable, in which case a refund check will be issued.

Unless otherwise requested, Global Prosperity Solutions will credit the customer's GPS account for the purchase price of the returned product.

Credit on account is available for future Global Prosperity Solutions product purchases. 

 

All restockable product is subject to a 10% restock fee.  

 

Damaged, Defective, or Undelivered Product:

If product is damaged or defective, you are responsible to contact us within ten (10) business days from the purchase date. We will issue a call tag for the product and gladly send a replacement. Please do not discard any product and/or packaging from the shipment until instructed by customer service in writing. We will inspect the undesirable product upon receipt.

In the event that a shipment does not arrive at the address specified for the order or your order is incomplete you must report to Customer Service that the product was not received. We ask that these reports are made within ten (10) business days from the purchase date.

 

Global Prosperity Solutions reserves the right to cancel the Customer Agreement of any Customer who abuses the Global Prosperity Solutions satisfaction guarantee by excessively returning product.
