Cancellation Policy - Independent Social Entrepreneur
Notice of Right to Cancel
You may CANCEL this transaction, without any penalty or obligation, before midnight of THREE BUSINESS DAYS (FIVE [5] BUSINESS DAYS IN ALASKA AND FIFTEEN [15] BUSINESS DAYS IN NORTH DAKOTA FOR INDIVIDUALS AGE 65 AND OLDER).
Cancellation Proceduree
As is explained below, you may cancel your Independent Social Entrepreneur Agreement anytime during the time limits set forth above online, by calling GPS Support during normal support hours, or mailing your Notice of Cancellation to GPS.
If you cancel, any property traded in, any payments made by you under the contract or sale, and any negotiable instrument executed by you will be returned within TEN BUSINESS DAYS following receipt by the seller of your cancellation notice, and any security interest arising out of the transaction will be canceled.
If you cancel, you must make available to the seller at your residence, in substantially as good condition as when received, any goods delivered to you under this contract or sale; or you may if you wish, comply with the instructions of the seller regarding the return shipment of the goods at the sellers expense and risk. If you do make the goods available to the seller and the seller does not pick them up within 20 days of the date of your notice of cancellation, you may retain or dispose of the goods without any further obligation. If you fail to make the goods available to the seller, or if you agree to return the goods to the seller and fail to do so, then you remain liable for performance of all obligations under the contract.

2. By Mail
If and only if you completed a paper Independent Social Entrepreneur Application you may mail or deliver a signed and dated copy of this Cancellation Notice or any other written notice, or send a telegram, to Global Prosperity Solutions, 434 West 33rd Street, Penthouse Floor, New York, New York 10001 NOT LATER THAN MIDNIGHT of the third business day following the date set forth above.
3. Survival of Obligation of Confidentiality
Upon cancellation, the former ISE continues to be bound by the confidentiality and non-compete sections of the GPS Terms and Conditions which is also shown below.
Independent Social Entrepreneur acknowledges and agrees that all information concerning Global Prosperity Solutions Independent Social Entrepreneur(s) (hereinafter known as “Confidential Information”) is of great value to Global Prosperity Solutions .
Independent Social Entrepreneur agrees not to disclose any Confidential Information to any person except as expressly authorized by Global Prosperity Solutions in writing and shall not use Confidential Information for any purpose other than the performance of Independent Social Entrepreneur's functions and duties as a Global Prosperity Solutions Independent Social Entrepreneur. The Independent Social Entrepreneur further agrees that, during the life of this Agreement and for a period of 18 months from and after cancellation or termination hereof, he or she shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit, recommend, suggest or induce any Global Prosperity Solutions Customer or Independent Social Entrepreneur to become a Customer of or representative for any person or entity other than Global Prosperity Solutions engaged in the business of marketing or selling product(s) or service(s) by means of any direct sales or network marketing.
